  We had our wedding cake made here and we were very disappointed with how it was all handled. The owner and person who made our cake did not care what the bride thought, she was incredibly rude and did what she thought she should do, and completely ignored what the bride had asked for. The bride is allergic to red dye, but had asked that a red letter B be put on the cake. However, she asked that it be written on a medallion so it could easily be taken off the cake and so that no red dye would touch the cake so she may be able to eat it.... again, ignored. There was red dye right on the cake, not to mention the fake red flowers were attached to the cake with red frosting. Next problem, she had asked for the cake to be gold and to make sure that the cake did NOT look yellow. Ignored again, the cake was softball yellow and was nowhere near the gold we were looking for. And when it came to either starting over and fixing the problem or just leaving it and do what the baker wanted, she just left it and didn't think twice about what the bride wanted, or what the bride's parents had paid for. When we finally went in to address the issue she was incredibly rude to start off and was unwilling to make things right. Of all the money that was put into this cake this woman only cared about the paycheck not the satisfaction of the customer. We were very disappointed and if I could give a lower rating I absolutely would but unfortunately this is as low as it would go. I will never go back to this bakery and if any future brides are looking for a bakery to go to I would suggest finding a different place because she doesn't care what you want and she made that very obvious.
